JL StormWater Consultants, Inc. is a woman-owned certified small disadvantaged business enterprise, comprised of certified professionals who bring  over 17 years of experience, including former California Regional Water Quality Control Board and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers employees. We are trained in Wetlands Delineation, Title 22 Hazardous Waste Management, and in air quality requirements by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District and the South Coast Air Quality Management District. 

We maintain current knowledge of the latest state and federal regulations including the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System [NPDES] requirements as well as local municipal requirements.
